Andrew Muller

Andrew Muller is an attorney who litigates and does appellate work in the areas of employment law, business law and land disputes. He primarily advises and represents individuals who have issues related to employment law and secondarily advises individuals in the area of real estate disputes. He counsels businesses on employment issues, contracts, formation, funding, licensing and franchising and trade secrets.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree with high honors from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul and his law degree from the University Of Minnesota School Of Law in 1999 (where he was on the Dean’s list and moot court). His prior experience includes working with the one of the nation’s pre-imminent class-action employment law firms; working as a research attorney with a company focused on civil appeals; serving as in-house counsel to a large Minnesota corporation (with an emphasis on employment law, compliance, and preparation of business/licensing agreements); and, working as a civil litigator/business attorney with the venerable St. Paul law firm of Peterson, Fram and Bergman, P.A.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association (“ABA”), the ABA Civil Litigation Section, the ABA Business Section, the ABA Forum on Franchising, the ABA Employment and Labor Law Section, the Minnesota State Bar Association (Business, Employment Law and Civil Litigation), the Hennepin County Bar Association, and a committee member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Rules of Professional Conduct Committee. Andrew started the law firm of Muller & Muller, PLLC in order to develop long-lasting, high-quality client relationships.
